Tuesday June 5, 2007 (11:33am) Nothing to complain about (while watching the crappy TBS movie that's on before NewsRadio) Hello. Just thought I'd make an update. No biggie. -I got my birth certificate in the mail rather quickly, but I was still unable to get my Washington State ID card. I did not have enough proof of address. So, what I need to do is go back on Saturday with mom, have her brings electric bills in her name with our address on them, and then somehow proove that I am her son. This will not be easy, as she has a different last name than I do. She has documentation that says her name was legally changed, but the name she changed it from is not the name on my birth certificate (once again, it was a different last name), so this could be interesting on Saturday. Interesting? Actaully, I meant this could totally suck on Saturday. Hopefully the 3rd time really will be a charm. -The hip is feeling ok. I'm done being sore from the Sasquatch, so I'm back to what was normal before the concert. It's still slowly getting better, but the progress seems slower than it use to be. The hip still gets sore and stiff, but the muscles have loosened up considerably and allow for better movement. I have been getting into some bad habits as far as putting my hip in bad situations, but I'm working on being better about that. You'd be suprised how easy it is for me to essentially "forget" I have a bad hip and end up twisting or turning or bending or walking in a way that isn't good for it. It's sad but true. -Still haven't seen a doctor yet since moving up here. I'm not too worried about it, but I would like to get established up here already. I have an appointment next week at the Hutch, but I also need to be seen by a more local doctor as well. Still waiting to hear back from them. -The other day Karly, Mom, and I were playing Scategories and I got the single best answer I've ever seen that was allowed in. The letter was "G" and the category was "Song Titles". So, I wrote down "Great Green Globs of Greasy Grimey Gopher Guts". That's 7 points on one answer! Go me! -Well, it's official: Bengals Wide Receiver Chad Johnson is going to race against a horse. It's all for charity. He's pretty confident he can win, but he always talking trash. Another Bengals reciever from the days of old, Cris Collinsworth, raced against a horse in the same fashion back in 1989 and almost won. Can't wait to see what the outcome will be. Go Chad! -I started playing Shining Tears on the PS2 and it totally rocks! It's basically another Shining Soul game, which is fine by me cause I loved those games. -Recently I've seen my very first episodes of four shows Karly likes: Veronica Mars, Desperate Housewives, The Sopranos, and The Gilmore Girls. And the one I liked the most out of these four shows surprises even me. It was Desperate Housewives. I'm not a fan of it now or anything, but I would definately choose DH over those other three shows. They were not for me. -I recently set up a new page for Cody. It's a drupal website for his radio show. You can find it here: http://drupal.acronyminc.org. Anyway, it's a pretty cool site but it's a pain to administer. But if that's what Cody wants, then that's what I'm gonna have to do. Later everyone, Kyle
