Monday September 24, 2007 (12:09pm) Yay (while listening to Last Cup Of Sorrow by Faith No More) -This past week has pretty much been all about moving, with the exception of a few cool things worth noting. Some of you may have noticed that my website was not accessible for a day or two, as I was in the process of moving. But if you are reading this then all is good again. Yay. -The coolest thing that happened recently was when Karly, Casey, Cassy, and I all went to see The Flaming Lips on Thursday. It was a damn cool show. The Lips sure do know how to put on a show. The opening band was a little... odd. They were called Black Moth Monkey Death Rabbit or something weird like that. They just played music while displaying creepy things on the big screen. It started out with clips from Richard Simmons exercising to B-Horror movie clips that made me rather uncomfortable. All in all it was a good show and a fun time spent with friends. Yay. -Now on to the bad news. And boy is it bad. I'm not quite sure how to say this, so I'll just blurt it out: The Bengals lost to the Seahawks on Sunday. I know, I know... It just seems like bad things just keep happening to me. It's all starting to snowball out of control and I don't know if I can handle it. I mean, let's go to the list: The Office only wins one Emmy, I'm deathly afraid of getting "Popcorn lung", I almost lost my favorite pen, and then the Bengals lose another heartbreaker to the stupid Cattle Hawks. Talk about bad luck. Well, at least it's Ford Truck Month. I swear, that's the only thing that's helping me get through these troubling days. What!? It's not even Ford Truck Month anymore!? Sigh... God hates me. Boo. -I got a call from Casey yesterday telling me that he found a deal on the video game SingStar at a Fred Meyer in Oregon. You get the game and two mics for only $25. If you don't know what SingStar is, it's a PS2 karaoke video game. Casey & Cassy have it and we play it alot. It's totally awesome and I can't wait until I can get it for myself. It's gonna be sweet. Yay. -The Raiders beat the Browns for their first win of the season. They won in dramatic fashion by blocking a field goal at the end of the game. It was pretty awesome-tastic. One more win and they tie their win total from last year. Yay. Later, Kyle
