Saturday November 18, 2006 (12:03pm) This blog entry title sucks (while watching That 70s Show on my PC) -I moved my hip replacement to December 19th. This way, I won't have to worry about missing any school. I'm still pretty freaked out about my upcoming hip replacement, but I'm getting better. I've received a lot a words of encouragement, which I appreciate a lot. I'd really like to believe that things won't be as bad as I've read on the internet, but the truth is I won't really know until I've already had the replacement. From what my orthopedic office told me, it depends on things like how the surgery goes and how do in physical therpay. Let's hope I do well and don't have to spend Christmas in the hospital. -Today I'm hanging out with my friends at Casey's brother-in-law's house. We're gonna have another one of our Movie Marathons and maybe play some poker afterwards. Today's movie them is Martin Scorsese. We'll probably only get to watch two films, but the candidates are The Gangs Of New York, Casino, Taxi Driver, and Raging Bull. I'm most excited about The Gangs Of New York. I've seen it before, but it was a pretty cool movie. As for poker, well probably end up playing Texas Hold 'em, which totally sucks ass. I forget sometimes that, nowadays, when someone says "poker", they mean "Texas Hold 'em". I'm old school, so "poker" to me means "5 Card Draw". Oh well. I guess playing Texas Hold 'em is funner than hanging out by myself. But, depending on the video game I'm playing, only by a very small amount. That's it for now. Later, Kyle
