Friday November 24, 2006 (10:12am) This blog entry title also sucks. You've been warned. (while listening to Mo' Money, Mo Problems by Notorious B.I.G.) -Alas, Thanksgiving has come and gone. I spent it at my sister Jamies house and it was rad. There was a lot of good food to eat, and now I'm that much fatter because of it. As usual, I ate food until my tummy hurt and spent the rest of the day digesting. In that respect, it seemed pretty much the same as most days, except yesterday there was more of an emphasis on family and less on how many bowls of Cocoa Puffs I can eat before I pass out. -The pain in my hip has actually been feeling better this past week or so. It still bothers me, but the pain and swelling aren't so bad. I can walk, sit, and sleep a lot easier now. It kinda sucks feeling better like this because I know that even if it doesn't start hurting really bad again, I still need to have the hip replaced. I guess I should just be glad that it's not as bad as it could be and enjoy the lack of pain while it lasts. If it lasts. -On Wednesday I had a short conference with my writing teacher where I found out that I got an A on my second essay. This really surprised me as I was expecting only a C on the paper. But where I thought my paper was kinda lame, she apparently liked it. I guess I've mastered the art of the written word more much betterer than I thunked I were. So check it out: I'm an English nerd!
