Friday December 1, 2006 (10:07am) This blog entry sucks more than the last one but not as much as the one before that (while listening to Chariots Of Fire Theme) -Looks like November's over. On to December. It seems it'll be no time before Christmas is over and I'm humming that one Counting Crows song to myself as I try to make sense of this crazy year I've had. I guess one good thing I can say is that, barring a mircale diagnosis in the next month, this will be my first cancer-free calendar year since 2002. Of course, it's also the same year I get my stupid hip replaced, so it's hard to jump for joy. Literally and figuretively speaking. -Speaking of my hip, it's been feeling a lot better as of lately, but last night it started hurting again. Not enough to take pain meds, but still enough to turn "sleepy time" into "uncomfortable-and-kinda-lame time". I just hope this isn't the start of along period of having the hip hurt a lot. It was kinda nice having the hip mellow out for a bit. I've only got a few weeks before the surgery, and I'd like them to be pain free. -Last night the Bengals beat the Baltimore "Farty-pants" Ravens 13-7. I got to watch the game live on the NFL Network. It was pretty awesome. That makes the 5th Bengals game I've got to see this year. Hells yeah. The win helps their playoff chances, but they still have some work ahead of them. They gotta keep winning and the other teams in the mix (Broncos, Cheifs, Jaguars, Dolphins, and Bills) have to keep losing. The Jets are also in the mix, but I don't want them to lose any games. With any luck, both the Bengals and the Jets can make it to the post season. Hey, I can dream, can't I? -Just a few more weeks of school. I'm not really worried about either of my classes as I'm doing well in both. I don't even have real finals for either class; just a few simple tests that should be a breeze. Unless I drop a huge crapload on my last essay, I should get A's in both of my classes. Go me! That's it for now. Later, Kyle
