Sunday July 29, 2007 (09:53pm) The summertime blues (while listening to J.A.R. by Green Day) -I've been in a poopy mood lately and, as a result, I've been filling my blog entries with song lyrics and music quotes sure to bum out just about anybody. I'd just like to say that I'm sorry about all that. I'm sad to say that I'm not really in that much better of a mood now, but I will say it hasn't been fun and I hope to get over myself as soon as possible. I wish I felt more comfortable talking about what's been bothering me, but for right now I just don't. It's just been some personal stuff that I'd rather not talk about right now, if it's all the same. -I made this new game for my website. Actually, it's more of a puzzle than a game. Anyway, I call it Sum Tiles and it can be found with the rest of my web games under the "My Web Games" link up above. It's pretty complicated and you can't always solve the puzzle, but I think it's fun. Check it out if you're interested. There's a how-to that explains how to play. -Today Mom, Karly, and I went over Grandma's to play Boggle. I haven't played Boggle in a long time and I thought it was fun. I hope we can do it again sometime soon. -I've still been making a lot The Adventures Of Timmy! comics, so if you haven't checked it out in awhile you should find at least a few new ones to read. It's hard for me to assume that the people out there that read my blog regularly even like the Timmy's, but like many things I do, I mostly make Timmy's for myself and just kinda hope that someone else out there happens to enjoy it. To be honest, I've been feeling more connected to my Timmy's than my blog, as I'm more proud of myself when I make a new Timmy than I do with a new blog entry. Besides, creating Timmy comics is the best release for my never-ending supply of stupid and silly comments about life, as this way I only have to write them down and not speak the actual words myself. -I recently did a major rewrite of an old story I wrote about 5 years ago. The original story was called The Barer Of Pain, a title I never completely liked, but I call the new rewritten version The Hope That Spawned The Change. Anyway, even if you remember reading The Barer Of Pain, I would suggest reading the new version since it's way better. You can read it by clicking here. -The NFL preseason is less than a week away. August 5th is the first televised game of the year, the Hall Of Fame game. The preseason means very little to most fans, but to me its exciting cause it means the regular season is right around the corner. -I've been getting these weird e-mails from an address that has the name Monica Ramirez. Who is this person? I have no idea. They originally sent an email to valeria@valquez.com, a mailbox that doesn't exist. But all emails like that are sent to junk@valquez.com, which I check regularly. Anyway, all the original e-mail said was "Guess who this is?". I replied back, guessing that it was God who sent the e-mail. It was not God, as the next e-mail questioned my sanity for guessing God and demanding to know who I am. We've sent a few more e-mails back and forth but neither of us have any idea who the other person is. Who knows how long this could go on before we both get bored with it and move on? Later, Kyle
