“25 or 6 to Noon?”
(while listening to That's America by Bruce McCulloch)

-The shoulder is still feeling better but not quite normal. There's still a lot of pain going on, but it is much more managable than before. The problem is that the better it feels, the more I end up using it and therefore causing more pain. I know I should probably use it less, but it's hard to not use your right shoulder when you're right handed.

-The hip is doing good. There's less pain and more flexability in hip muscles. I'm able to do more on my feet for longer without getting tired, stiff, or sore. In fact, today I finally walked all the way over to Safeway. I pretty much had to cause we were out of both coffee creamer and milk. It was a rather long walk by my standards, but I managed it ok. Now that I know I can do It, I'm sure I'll be walking there a lot more often.

-Last night the cable went out right in the middle of Law & Order SVU. Both TV and internet were gone for at least 10 straight minutes. I would be more pissed off, but they'll reair that episode on Saturday night, so no big deal.

-Still trying to stick to a low fat / no cholesterol diet. It's rather lame and tasteless to eat that way, but I'm doing the best I can. I eat a lot more homemade stuff with vegetables and less frozen and fast food (except for Subway). I haven't lost any weight because of it, but that's not really my main priority right now. I'm just trying to avoid being on cholesterol medication and not have future heart issues.

-Yesterday I was playing Mario Golf Advance Tour on my DS and hit an albatross. That means I got three under par on one hole. It was a Par 5 and I sunk it in two shots. It's the first albatross I've ever had in my entire golfing video game career.
