Sunday January 14, 2007 (11:39pm) Who's more foolish? The fool or the fool who reads his blog entry? (while watching Roseanne on TV) -The hip is getting better everyday. I hardly need pain meds anymore. It still hurts to move around and any time I'm not sitting down, but I can see the progress, as slow as it is. At this rate, I should be done using my walker within a month. That's kinda my goal. -The Bengals didn't make the playoffs. I know that every team only has about a 3% chance of making the playoffs, but most people would agree that the Bengals should have made it. Well, at least there's next year. Of course, that's always been true. As a Bengals fan, I've grown accustomed to having next year seem much brighter than the current. But hey, seven is my lucky number, so maybe '07 will be the Bengals year. If not, hey, there's always '08. And '09. And '10... -Have you ever taken a good look at your life and realized that your problems probably aren't as real as they seem and only appea4r to be "real" because reality himself got bored and couldn't think of something more creativite to drive you slowly insane? Cause if you do, you should know they have a pill for that now. It's called having a life. It's to be taken daily. Side effects may include loss of boredom, uncontrolable High-Fiving, and breif moments of awesomeness. Should your awesomeness last longer than 4 hours, please consult your party friends immediately. -On a much happier football note, the Saints are going to the NFC Championship game! Hells yeah! They beat the Eagles yesterday 27-24 in New Orleans. I've been a Saints fan for almost 20 years, and not only is this only the second playoff game they've ever won, but this is only, like, the 4th or 5th good season they've had in that time. A lot of people are jumping on their bandwagon because of the perils New Orleans has endured the past few years, but I've been a staunch Saints fan for a long time. It's always nice to have someone to root for deep in the playoffs, and now I have a team in the conference championshjip. And if the Saints can upset the Bears in Chicago, they'll make it to their very first Super Bowl. Go Saints! -I hope everyone had a good holiday season. I hope everyone got stuff they enjoy and was able to spend it in the manner they most wanted to. I enjoyed spending the time with family, although I was rather incapacitated the entire time and needed to be waited on mostly. I got some very nice presents, including Shining Force Neo, Castlevania: Curse Of Darkness, That 70s Show: Season 2, two awesome Bengals shirts, a nice New York Jets throw pillow, The 40 Year Old Virgin, 2 Chad Johnson action figures, a Leatherman Kick, a Bengals mug, and a $50 gift certificate at EB Games. "Score!" and "Double Score!" That's it for now. I have some sitting around to get back to. Feel free to come and visit me or give me a phone call. I'd appreciate the company. Later, Kyle
