“We're not about to make that same mistake...”
(while listening to Master Of Puppets by Metallica)

-I got my copy of Final Fantasy VI Advance in the mail yesterday. It was like a having a real mediocre dream come true. Maybe even less exciting since I bought the damn thing online and knew it was coming. But still, the game is awesome and I'm totally syked to get to play it.

-I finished watching the TV show Weeds on DVD. My mom lent it to me. While the show was enticing enough to make me finish watching both discs, I can honestly say that after watching the whole first season, the show is not for me. It's just a little too weird yet a little too normal for my tastes. Imagine Desperate Housewives with weed, swearing, and black people. That's pretty much what it is.

-I was looking at the list of Grammy winners yesterday and was shocked to find that both Tool and The Flaming Lips won Grammys. Of course, they were for categories so unexciting I highly doubt they were even mentioned on air. Tool won a Grammy for "Best Recording Package". Recording Package? Recording Package!? What kind of dumbfuck musical award is that? I wouldn't be surpirsed if Tool has yet to figure out they've even won an award, cause I guarantee you they weren't even at the friggin' awards show. It's just sad, if you ask me. The fact that Tool won this award tells me that most people saw the album cover of 10,000 Days, said "gee, that's neat!" and didn't even listen to the CD. Morons... The whole lot of them!

-I'm always trying to find inventive ways to proove to the world (and perhaps myself) that the Bengals truely are awesome, and I found another one of those inventive ways the other day. Here's a link to a survey of America's Favorite Buildings, and if you scroll all the way down to #101, you'll see Paul Brown Stadium, which is the Bengals home stadium. Why is this of any significance? Because it's the thrid highest ranking sports stadium on the list and the only football stadium to make the cut. Go Paul Brown! Go Ohio! Go Hamilton County! Go Cincinnati! Go Bengals!

 Later,

 Kyle
